Memorial Weekend...

On Thursday we arrived in good old L.A. after a long drive. It wasn't too bad because Brielle did amazing in the car:) We brought a dvd player and she just watch movies the whole time as happy as can be. We stayed at our friend's house that live in Hollywood. They have a little girl that is a little younger than Brielle. We thought it would be fun to take them to Disneyland for the first time together. We were a little worried that it would be packed, but it was great, the lines were short - it only took us about 15 minutes to go on Pirates of the Caribean. Brielle was able to go on a lot of the rides, we even took her on the haunted mansion. We thought ahead and stopped at target and bought her a little dog book bag that has a leash hooked to it because of course she did not want to stay confined in her stroller. Her favorite ride, I would have to say, was" It's a small world". It's taken me so long to post this because when we got to Disney Land we had a camera with dead batteries so, we got riped off at a gift shop buying a disposable one so I had to get them developed.

Brielle's Birthday Party!!!!

On Sunday, we celebrated Brielle's 2nd Birthday. It was a rush to get it all prepped, luckily I have an amazing sister who helped me with everything. We rented a bounce house for the little ones. They had a blast on it. We only had a couple hang ups the whole night( We ran out of propane while cooking and had to send my brother to get a new one, and the grease fire in the bottom of the grill which set off my fire alarms, and only one owee! when brielle's cousin slipped on the wet bubble mess the kids had going.) But over all it was a great Birthday Party and it was good to see everyone.

Fun in the sun!!!!

On Saturday, We were busy prepping for Brielle's party. We went to Wal-mart to get stuff for her party and came home with this beach ball for her birthday, she loves the water.

Great Grandma's House.

Last week I dropped Brielle off at my grandma's house while I went to the gym. Brielle loves it over there, she plays outside and loves hanging out with her Great Grandpa and Grandma and their dog Abbie.

Kaysville Park.

We took Brielle to Kaysville ponds to see all the baby frog tadpoles. She had fun running around and throwing rocks into the water with daddy. This was the first week I was able to fit her hair in to pig tails.

Easter Fun!!!

Easter fun!!!

It's a little late post but, Ian, Brielle, and I have all been sick different times this week and having a sick little one takes up alot of time. Easter was fun, we went to a easter egg hunt on saturday, there were sooooo many people there it was quite a rush. Sunday was a busy day....after church, we went to my mom's house so Brielle could get an easter basket from her grandma ...after a quick stop at our house(looking for the hidden basket from the easter bunny), we went to Ian's parents' house for a tasty dinner and another easter egg hunt with Brielle's cousin Ander. Brielle got tons of bubbles (her favorite thing right now). Brielle turned 23 months yesterday and has not had a bottled since last wednesday. I was not planning on doing it just quite yet but "Mo Jo" is always chewing the bottle nipples and he had chewed the last one and I didn't want to run to the store so I winged it and she's done great ever since. I also bought her a potty - she has been curious but still has a ways to go.
